With two decades in tech, I've delivered complex, people-driven technology initiatives across telecom, finance, government and aviation, guiding high-performance teams and delivering results at scale.My background includes Vice President and service delivery roles at Bank of America, British Telecom, and Verizon. I also served as Assistant Deputy for a U.S. defense contractor, leading cross-functional technology programs supporting missile defense initiatives.At British Telecom, I led global 4G deployments across 80 countries, supporting multinational telecom clients in one of the company's largest multi-year roll outs. In the aviation sector, I served as Senior IT Project Manager for a major airport concourse expansion, where I led a biometric facial recognition deployment and complex systems integration.I hold certifications in Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and ITIL4.I create tools, guides, and conversations that help people navigate the evolving world of AI, through the lens of ethics, innovation, and real-world impact.As a Latina in tech, I offer a unique lens shaped by creativity, experience, and cultural insight, bringing depth and dimension to every project I lead.
